Wearing a cute sports bra and colorful leggings, Vanessa Hudgens just showed off her incredibly ripped abs. The actress posted about an Instagram Live workout she did to raise money for the national charity No Kid Hungry. The organization helps to solve problems of hunger and poverty globally, particularly during the coronavirus pandemic.
“GOING LIVE TOMORROW to get torch’d with @isaacboots and raise money for @nokidhungry please join if you can!!! 8am pst/11am et be ready to sweat,” Hudgens wrote.
For those not in the know, Torch’d is a yoga/pilates/strength training class with legendary trainer Isaac Boots, a.k.a. Isaac Calpito. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna has previously participated in a Torch’d workout with a similar goal.
Hudgens has credited the Torch’d workouts as a way to help keep her in shape while at home. The actress has always been a big fan of working out and loves classes like SoulCycle, yoga, and pilates. She has gone on record to say she does a combination of six different workouts per week to stay in tip-top shape. In order to keep up with her workout regiment, she leans on her gym friends to help her stay motivated.
“To be self-motivated consistently is almost a daydream. I reach out to my friends to hold me accountable.”
She also upholds a super healthy diet to compliment her active lifestyle, including intermittent fasting. She eats arugula daily and loves other healthy foods like cashew cheese, almond milk, oat milk, eggs, avocados, and grapes.
“I love finding things that are good for you and also taste amazing.”
