Demi Lovato has taken a break from music and performing for something so inspiring -- she is in Kenya doing her best to help local communities!
While in Kenya, the "Confident" singer is doing her best to empower women to follow their dreams by selling their handmade Rafiki necklaces on her world tour.
"Demi has been working tirelessly to empower mamas in Kenya," photographer Ryan Bolton shared on social media. "Here's a tender moment of the mamas thanking Demi for everything she's done."
What most people don't know about Demi is that she is actually a celebrity ambassador for the WE Movement, an organization geared towards uniting people to change the world! One way the WE Movement tries to make the world a better place is by building schools for children in Kenya and providing them with the materials they need to succeed.
The 24-year-old has been to Kenya three times now to spread the love, and her kind heart has not gone unnoticed.
If Demi's charity work has inspired you to pay it forward, you have to see what Halle Berry donated to the Cancer Research Institute!
